The Vets League is the second year's successful venture, I will summarise the rules below for those of  you who are over 60 and are eligible to take part.  Although this is a men's event, it is thought that it won't be long before this becomes a mixed event.

Vet's League Rules.

1) Each match is 3 triples played over 18 ends.

2) Scoring.  There are 5 points available.   1 for each winning triple with 0.5 for a drawn triple.  2 points for an overall win or 1 point for an overall draw.

3)All matches will start at 14.30 or 14.00 by agreement.  Please check with the fixture list each time.

4) There are 15 teams in the league, so we will play the other 14 once over the season.

Please note that for away matches we only need 2 large cars to take the team to the away venue.  We already have one offer of a car regularly so it should not be difficult to get our players to the away venues. Again please indicate on the list  if you need a lift..
