Lisa, Betty and Yasmin are going to Leamington. They will be playing their first match on day 10 of the national finals on 22 August.
The way to the nationals was achieved by beating Fordbridge Park in the quarter final of the Middlesex County Triples and then by winning against Bush Hill Park in the semi final, all in Ashford. The day was marked by hot weather and a torrential thunderstorm, and the team was supported by a much appreciated NLBC member, Nicky, who kept the club’s Whatsapp group up-to-date with developments on the green.
The team will be playing the final of the Middlesex County Triples on Sunday 27 July at Ladygate. Supporters are most welcome!
